DATA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), UK GDPR Articles 15–22, and EU GDPR Articles 15–22, you have the right to exercise your data protection rights by sending us an email.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

You can submit your data subject request by sending an email to info@axelletech.com.

To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please include the following information in your email:

1. Your Identity:

  • Full name
  • National ID or Passport number
  • Contact email address
  • Phone number (optional)

2. Your Relationship with Lokalia:

  • Digital menu user (restaurant guest)
  • Registered user (account holder)
  • Restaurant operator / employee (restaurant partner)
  • Website visitor
  • Former user
  • Other (please specify)

3. Right(s) You Wish to Exercise:

Under KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law):

  • (a) Learn whether my personal data is being processed
  • (b) Request information about the processing of my personal data
  • (c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
  • (d) Know the third parties to whom my data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • (e) Request correction of my personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • (f) Request deletion / destruction / anonymization of my personal data under Article 7 of KVKK
  • (g) Request notification of the operations under (e) and (f) to third parties to whom my data has been transferred
  • (h) Object to a result arising against me through the exclusive analysis of my data via automated systems
  • (i) Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of my personal data

Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR (Additional Rights):

  • Right of Access -- Request a copy of the personal data held about you
  • Right to Rectification -- Request correction of inaccurate personal data

  • Automated Decision-Making -- Request information about or object to automated decision-making including profiling

AFTER YOUR REQUEST

  • Your request will be resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest after reaching us.
  • We may request additional information or documents to verify your identity.
  • If the process requires additional cost, fees according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
  • If your request is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is provided within the deadline, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority:
