LOKALIA MENU PRIVACY NOTICE

This brief notice provides essential information about personal data processed about you while browsing our restaurant's digital menu. You will see this page when you scan a menu QR code.

  • AI Chat Messages: Conversations with the AI assistant (third-party AI technology) about the menu (where this feature is available)

Data Collected When You Create an Account (Optional):

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Commercial message (email/SMS) preferences

Important: You do not need to create an account to scan and view the menu. If you do not create an account, no personally identifying data is collected.

3. Why Is Your Data Processed?

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To show you the menu and provide personalization

  • Note: This chat is not recorded with the restaurant and is not linked to your personal user profile.
  • Note: This feature is not available at all restaurants. It depends on the restaurant's service package.

7. With Whom Is Your Data Shared?

Your data is shared with:

  • AI service provider: For chat processing
  • Hosting provider: For platform server infrastructure
  • Email delivery provider: Only with your explicit consent for email sending

Data Sharing with the Restaurant:

  • During anonymous use: The restaurant receives anonymous, aggregate statistical data that does not contain individual identity information (e.g., popular items, view counts). Your personal data is not shared with the restaurant.
  • When you create an account and give explicit consent: Personal data such as name, email, and preferences may be shared with the restaurant. This sharing only occurs with your explicit consent.
  • Data is not sold or rented for marketing purposes.
