LOKALIA DIGITAL MENU TERMS OF USE

1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the digital menu platform ("Digital Menu") provided by Axelle Tech LTD ("Lokalia") and accessible at menu.getlokalia.com.
By using the Digital Menu, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Digital Menu offers the following features:
- Menu Viewing: Browsing the restaurant's menu items in a digital format
- AI Chat Assistant: Asking questions about the menu, obtaining allergen information, and receiving personalized recommendations
- Personalization: Recommendations tailored to your preferences (through functional cookies)
- Multi-Language Support: Viewing the menu in different languages
The Digital Menu does not include ordering or payment features. The Digital Menu is for informational purposes only.
Important: Not all features listed above may be available at every restaurant. The AI Chat Assistant, email/SMS notifications, and personalization levels vary based on the restaurant's selected service package. Creating an account is optional; you do not need to register to view the menu.
3. AI CHAT ASSISTANT
3.1. General Information
The Digital Menu includes a chat assistant that provides information about menu items using artificial intelligence technology. This assistant is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. This feature is not available at all restaurants.
3.2. Important Warnings
CAUTION: The AI Chat Assistant is for informational purposes only.
- AI responses are based on menu data provided by the restaurant and may contain errors.
- AI responses do NOT constitute medical or dietary advice.
- If you have serious food allergies or dietary restrictions, please always consult restaurant staff. Lokalia is not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
- Allergen information, prices, or ingredient lists provided by the AI may not be up to date.
3.3. Data Processing
Your chat messages are processed by a third-party AI service provider to generate AI responses. Chat logs are retained for 90 days, then deleted or anonymized. For detailed information, see our Privacy Policy.
4. PERSONALIZATION AND COOKIES
The Digital Menu uses first-party functional cookies to enhance your experience. These cookies:
- Remember menu items you previously selected and liked
- Provide more relevant recommendations on your next visit
- Store your language preference
These cookies are not shared with third parties. Only anonymous and aggregate statistical data (popular items, category trends, etc.) is displayed on the restaurant management dashboard; individual identifying information is not shown.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The software, design, and functionality of the Digital Menu platform belong to Lokalia.
- Menu content (dish names, descriptions, images, prices) is the property of the respective restaurant.
- No content on the Digital Menu may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using the Digital Menu, you agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the system's operation
- Use automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Misuse the AI chat feature or input misleading information
- Impersonate others
7. ACCURACY OF MENU INFORMATION
- Menu items, prices, allergen information, and images are provided by the relevant restaurant.
- Lokalia does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of menu content provided by the restaurant.
- Prices, product availability, and ingredient information may change without prior notice.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Digital Menu is provided "as is" and "as available."
- Lokalia shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Digital Menu (including allergic reactions, decisions based on inaccurate information).
- Lokalia does not guarantee that the Digital Menu will operate without interruption or error.
9. ELIGIBILITY
The Digital Menu is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. However, since the Digital Menu does not require account creation, the menu viewing feature is accessible to all.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, including Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, for consumer users in Turkey. For business users, the laws of England and Wales apply (except where Turkish law mandatorily applies).
